The Palm Springs area is known for the yester-year glam of the old Hollywood legends such as Frank Sinatra, Marilyn Monroe and the Brat Pack as it was one of their premier places to vacation. 

This client and I though it would be fun pay homage to their weekend getaway home by winking at the mid century modern style by using teals, watermelon with white, black and gold white accents. this would keep it fresh and light in the hot months. Each room was also decorated with photography such as oversized water color popsicles in the kitchen and Vintage photographer Slim Aarons' over sized prints on acrylic in the main spaces. Black trim borders were accents all the white linen drapes throughout.
