This sleek custom home was built for a private resident that also wanted to rent the house when it was not in use. The luxury property has ten bedrooms, a pool, roof top jacuzzi, steam room, guest house and full wet room. The furniture was custom manufactured and most of the contents were imported. Every bathroom was outfitted with specially designed vanities ,tubs and tile work. 

The entry has a custom made iron chandelier and the cigar bar is complete with a leather top poker table. the mezzanine level has a central lounge for reading morning papers, drinking coffee and evening cocktails. The massage room is off the master bedroom and located on the third floor.
